Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the services (the "Services") provided by 22 Ricky Casino (the "Company"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Definitions

Account Security

Each Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials (username, password) and shall be liable for any unauthorized use of the Account resulting from such disclosure.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by the Company are subject to a wagering requirement. The User must wager the bonus amount at least 50 times before any winnings can be withdrawn.

Maximum Withdrawal Amounts

The Company reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal amounts on any winnings earned by a Customer. These limits may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice to the User.

Restricted Countries and Territories

The Services are restricted in certain countries and territories. The User agrees not to access or use the Services if they reside in a country or territory where such access or use is prohibited.

Indemnification

Each User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to the User's use of the Services.

Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the User's use of the Services, including but not limited to losses resulting from errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Services.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and/or access to the Services at any time without prior notice to the User.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Australia.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Company regarding the use of the Services.

By accessing or using the Services, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
